The Real Estate division buys and sells commercial and residential investments through Buy Direct Real Estate. We provide investment sales and capital advisory services to real estate owners, developers, investment firms, financial institutions, family offices, and private equity firms so they can make better and more informed real estate decisions.
Through our extensive experience, we have developed an in-depth understanding of the relationship among asset valuation, capital markets and the current changing real estate marketplace.
This division helps in evaluating large and complex portfolios to performing single property analyses in order to assist commercial real estate owners and investors in determining the optimal course of action.
We participate in opportunistic, value-added real estate transactions in USA, and Colombia and identify off market opportunities for our clients and our portfolio.

$65 MM equity and $300,000,000 debt capital raise for a New York developer, for the acquisition of a 1,500+ unit class A multifamily portfolio located in Denver, Co.
$8,000,000 capital raise for a petrochemical company looking to expand its operations in Cartagena, Colombia.
Consulted in the sale ($57,000,000) and repositioning of a 400,000 SF shopping center in Pompano Beach, FL.
Consulted in the sale ($14,000,000) of a class B shopping center and negotiated a management contract in Lighthouse Point, FL.
Consulted in the sale of multiple parcels of land for mix use purposes in excess of $65,000,000.
Consulted in the acquisition and due diligence of multiple multifamily properties nationwide in excess of $650,000,000.
Repositioning of a $390,000,000 resort, casino and shopping center portfolio located in Aruba and Curacao.
Consulted with the owner of a Government occupied office building in the Bahamas and thru research discovered a $3,700,000 penalty due to the client.
