FUNDS FOR PROJECTS, INC. has not made nor will it make any investigation to verify that any investor is actually an accredited or sophisticated investor and solely relies on the registration done by the investor. The investor hereby releases FUNDS FOR PROJECTS, INC. of any responsibility derived from not providing accurate information.

Each entrepreneur is responsible to make his or her own investigation and evaluation of an investor's accredited status or sophistication.

Each entrepreneur must negotiate his or her own securities sales transaction directly with the investor(s). Each entrepreneur and investor accepts sole and exclusive responsibility for making his or her own investigation of the other's financial condition and integrity.

FUNDS FOR PROJECTS is designed to facilitate the flow of information between entrepreneurs and investors and reserves the right to cancel the service to individuals or organizations who do not act as principals representing their own interests.

By agreeing to the terms, the users agree to hold harmless FUNDS FOR PROJECTS, INC. and their officers, directors, employees, independent contractors and affiliates, from any and all claims of any kind arising out of participation with or investment in any venture provided by FUNDS FOR PROJECTS, INC., or use of FUNDS FOR PROJECTS services in general.

Funds for Projects logo and and/or usage of the names Funds for Projects are trademarks of FUNDS FOR PROJECTS, INC. You may not use any FUNDS FOR PROJECTS trademark in any manner, shape or form without FUNDS FOR PROJECTS Inc.'s written consent.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to terminate any accounts that are in violation of this Terms of Service Agreement or any other policies that our company maintains. FUNDS FOR PROJECTS, INC. is not responsible for malfunctioning features or services that may hinder your use of the FUNDS FOR PROJECTS or its offerings or cause damages to any party. We will do our best to provide a fully functioning service with complete integrity at all times, but this cannot in any way be guaranteed. FUNDS FOR PROJECTS, INC. will not be held responsible for the actions of other users on the platform or outside parties that disrupt the normal functioning of the platform.

The Service, Materials and Products provided through FUNDS FOR PROJECTS or any of its affiliates are solely and strictly for personal and non-commercial use. You may not save, or allow any third party to save, any Materials or any portion thereof for use with any information retrieval and/or provision service. Except to the extent you download and print Materials for personal and non-commercial use, you may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, disseminate, process, publish, license, create derivative works from, provide any third party access to, transfer, assign, or sell any of the Materials, Services or Products, including news, obtained from FUNDS FOR PROJECTS.

The actual sale or purchase of an investment interest shall be a private and independent transaction between the parties without any participation by FUNDS FOR PROJECTS, INC. In no event will FUNDS FOR PROJECTS, INC. be liable for any loss of earnings or any other commercial damages, losses or expenses arising out of or in correlation with an independent transaction, agreement, or interaction between users.

Our services are not aimed at persons who are residents of any country where distribution of any of the information contained on FUNDS FOR PROJECTS is not permitted.

FUNDS FOR PROJECTS offers its users the ability to correct or change the information collected during registration. Users who wish to change such information can login to their account and edit the appropriate changes.

User agree to pay all fees through any of the approved methods. User agrees that once the service is purchased he/she has no perceived, inherent, or actual right to obtain a refund. Furthermore, users agrees not to attempt to obtain a refund or reverse charges through the issuing credit/debit card company or any other payment mechanism used. If users utilizes any method to reverse the payment already made, users agrees to be liable for the purchase price of the registration and any legal fees, chargeback or other fees that FUNDS FOR PROJECTS may incur in securing funds from the user. Therefore please attempt to resolve any service performance or service issues directly with our staff. FUNDS FOR PROJECTS will only issue refunds where the user has proven to the satisfaction of FUNDS FOR PROJECTS, INC. staff the purchase was fraudulent or where the FUNDS FOR PROJECTS staff deems circumstances may warrant a voluntary refund.

This Agreement between you and FUNDS FOR PROJECTS is effective immediately by you on clicking the "Accept" button, and may be amended at any time by FUNDS FOR PROJECTS by posting the amended terms on our site. The amended terms shall be posted by FUNDS FOR PROJECTS and shall automatically be effective 2 days after they are initially posted on our site. This Agreement may not otherwise be amended, except in writing consented to by both parties.

Our services are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to individuals under the age of 18, or age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services.

We may, in our sole discretion, add, delete or change some or all of our services at any time.

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release FUNDS FOR PROJECTS (and our agents, directors, officers, employees and affiliates) from any and all claims, demands and damages, direct, indirect, special, incidental, actual and consequential, of any kind and nature, including but not limited to, defamation, slander and libel, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the FUNDS FOR PROJECTS platform. You also waive any rights that you may have by reason of any common law or statute applicable at the time of the dispute.

You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password. You may not disclose or share your password to any third parties or use your password for any unauthorized purpose. You agree to notify FUNDS FOR PROJECTS immediately of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of his/her username and password.

Your information includes any information you provide to us or other users during the registration or in FUNDS FOR PROJECTS or in any public message area or through any email feature (collectively "Your Information"). With respect to Your Information:

(a) You agree that Your Information provided to us by you during the registration is true, accurate, correct and complete and that you will notify us immediately of any changes to it. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use or to provide incorrect information as to your location or relevant to your right to use FUNDS FOR PROJECTS.
You undertake and agree that Your Information: (i) shall not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) shall not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (iii) shall not be defamatory, trade libelous or unlawfully threatening; (iv) shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading; (v) shall not contain any invitation, inducement or offer to buy or sell any kind of security or other investments; (vi) shall not contain any promotional material in respect of any kind of security or other investment; (vii) shall not be provided for any business purpose; and (viii) shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. By enabling FUNDS FOR PROJECTS to use Your Information you supply to us, so that we are not violating any rights you may have in that information, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicense-able (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright and publicity rights, but no other rights, you have in Your Information, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to Your Information. FUNDS FOR PROJECTS will only use Your Information in accordance with to our Privacy Policy.

If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, or any of the provisions hereof, the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party, in addition to any other relief to which such prevailing party may be entitled, reasonable legal fees, costs and necessary disbursements.

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. The Parties to this Agreement agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida, United States and agree to handle any dispute arising from this Agreement or from use of the FUNDS FOR PROJECTS in said courts.

FUNDS FOR PROJECTS reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this service and to terminate customer's access to and use of the FUNDS FOR PROJECTS Inc. delivered data at any time and without prior notice by agreeing that you will not:

1. Post or "spam" other users on the system with unsolicited advertising or other communications.

2. Commit ANY unlawful acts.

3. Harm FUNDS FOR PROJECTS or any related systems and infrastructure in any way through any means.

4. Collect or resell data containing other users' profile or personal information or any other information on FUNDS FOR PROJECTS.

5. Attempt to deliberately solicit users to leave FUNDS FOR PROJECTS in favor of another related or competitive service.

6. Misrepresent themselves in any way through profile postings or any other method.

7. Harass other users or anyone else in any way.
